Universal Day of Prayer for Students 2009. In 2009, the Universal Day of Prayer for Students focused on the themes of identity, diversity and dialogue. These were discussed as reflections of personal, social and ethnic individuality, and as encompassing tolerance and acceptance. Universal Day of Prayer for Students 2020. The 2020 Universal Day of Prayer Students marked an important milestone for the Federation. It celebrated the 125th anniversary since the founding of the organisation and it precluded the 37th WSCF General Assembly. The 2020 theme was “Rejoice in Hope”, and the liturgy and materials were prepared by Middle East region. 

Communique - Peacebuilding and Overcoming Violence in the Middle East. Between 30 July and 4 August 2017, in Cairo, Egypt, WSCF hosted the conference “Peacebuilding and Overcoming Violence in the Middle East”. 45 young people, representing SCMs from around the world, attended the conference.
