Do you have to pay to go to Ireland? What do you have to do to join this conference?

  2. wscfe-editor / July 4, 2017

    Dear Lupita,

Thank you for your interest in our ERA. Please note that our ERA takes more the form of an assembly of all our Student Christian Movements, rather than a conference. The ERA is, however, preceded by a conference on migration, which will take place between 7-13 October, at the same location. You can find more details about the conference here.

The participation fee for the ERA is 150€. Additionally, you will have to consider transport costs to and from Ireland, which will vary depending on the country/city you are travelling from. Please note that WSCF runs a special financial policy for those who cannot afford to cover themselves the full costs of attending the event. As such, for participation fee, WSCF offers the possibility for you to cover only a part of it. This varies between a minimum of 50€ and paying the full amounts of 150€. For travel expenses, WSCF can cover a certain percentage of your costs (25%, 50% or 75%, depending on your needs). More details about this can be found in the second section of our application form.

To attend the ERA, as a SCM delegate, please fill-in the application form that can be found here.
To apply for an ERC position, please fill-in the application form that can be found here.

If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to either post them here, or email them to or to our chair, Zuzana Babicova, at .

We hope to see you in Ireland! :)
